This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments on the Wizer mobile application (“App”) and the services provided by Wizer (“Service”). By using the App and the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Payment Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or the Service.

  1. Payment Processing
  • Wizer uses a third-party payment processor to facilitate transactions between freelance service providers and service seekers.
  • By using the Service, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the third-party payment processor.
  • Wizer does not store your payment information, and all transactions are subject to the third-party payment processor’s security measures.
  1. Service Fees
  • Wizer may charge fees for the use of certain features or services on the platform. These fees will be clearly communicated to users before they use the respective features or services.
  • Service fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these terms or as required by applicable law.
  1. Payment Disputes
  • Any disputes regarding payments, including but not limited to disputes between service providers and service seekers, should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
  • Wizer is not responsible for mediating payment disputes between users.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds for services provided by freelance service providers are subject to the agreement between the service provider and the service seeker.
  • Wizer is not responsible for issuing refunds for services provided, and any refund requests should be directed to the relevant service provider.
  1. Currency
  • All transactions on Wizer are conducted in the currency specified by the user during the account registration process.
  • Wizer is not responsible for any currency exchange rates or fees associated with transactions.
  1. Payment Security
  • Wizer takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of payment transactions. However, users are advised to exercise caution and report any suspicious activity related to payments.
  • Wizer is not liable for any unauthorised access to payment information.
  1. Changes to the Payment Policy
    Wizer reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes through the App or other means. Continued use of the App and the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Payment Policy.
