Welcome to Wizer! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wizer mobile application (“App”) and the services provided by Wizer (“Service”). By using the App and the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Wizer reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App or the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Registration and Account Security

1. To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account with Wizer. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

1. You agree not to use the App or the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
2. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App. Wizer reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

4. Service Providers and Service Seekers

1. Wizer is a platform where freelance service providers can offer their services, and service seekers can avail themselves of freelance services. Wizer does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by service providers, nor does it guarantee the ability of service seekers to make payments for those services.
2. Service providers and service seekers are solely responsible for agreeing on the terms of the services, including but not limited to the scope of work, pricing, and timelines.

5. Payments

1. Wizer uses a third-party payment processor to facilitate payments between service providers and service seekers. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the payment processor’s terms and conditions.
2. Wizer may charge fees for the use of certain features or services. You will be notified of any applicable fees before you use such features or services.

6. Intellectual Property

1. The content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wizer or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the content on the App without the written consent of Wizer.

7. Termination

Wizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
